En esta pasantía profesional se evidencio la falta de herramientas administrativas dentro del hotel Finca La Piscina, lo cual dificulta los controles internos y el crecimiento de la organización. De acuerdo a esto se elaboró el manual de funciones y unas estrategias de capacitaciones en atención al cliente, esperando que la gerencia lo implemente. El proyecto se realizó con base en el modelo mixto usando un método descriptivo a través de entrevistas y encuestas con la gerencia y los clientes del hotel. En relación con el resultado, Finca La Piscina debe implementar herramientas como las elaboradas, donde le facilite el cumplimiento de sus objetivos dando apoyo a sus empleados para así medir el cumplimiento de sus responsabilidades en pro de operaciones más efectivas. |

The hotel sought to formalize its processes and create an action plan to achieve the effectiveness of its activities and the continuous improvement of organizational results. Accordingly, a functions manual and customer service training strategies were developed, in the hope that management would implement them. The project was carried out based on the mixed model using a descriptive method through interviews and surveys with the hotel management and customers.
