Este estudio también subraya la importancia de la preparación técnica del personal en la implementación y uso de sistemas de información, respaldando la noción de "optimización del capital humano". La gestión del conocimiento (KM) es reconocida como un factor fundamental a medida que los activos de conocimiento cobran mayor relevancia en las organizaciones. Se destaca en esta investigación que la gestión del conocimiento, respaldada por la capacitación adecuada en sistemas de información, beneficia procesos empresariales y contribuye al éxito organizacional. Asimismo, se plantea que el conocimiento técnico y preparación instruccional del capital humano son ambos factores esenciales para aprovechar al máximo los sistemas de información en una organización. Al final, se pudo concluir que los factores generadores de fallas funcionales en sistemas de información para entidades financieras son la insuficiencia de procesos de capacitación y preparación instruccional direccionada a tres enfoques: tecnificación de procesos y procedimientos, optimización de conocimientos y configuración de sistemas autónomos o regulados por inteligencia artificial con los que se pueda reducir la probabilidad de error humano. |

Discusión y conclusiones 29This study also emphasizes the importance of technical preparation of personnel in the implementation and use of information systems, supporting the concept of "human capital optimization." Knowledge management (KM) is recognized as a fundamental factor as knowledge assets become increasingly relevant in organizations. This research highlights that knowledge management, backed by proper training in information systems, benefits business processes and contributes to organizational success. Additionally, it is argued that both technical knowledge and instructional preparation of human capital are essential factors for maximizing the utilization of information systems within an organization.
