description El Core Bancario es el eje central de la operatividad de cualquier entidad financiera sin importar el tamaño de la misma, por ende el cambio de este lleva consigo un gran impacto en toda la organización, desde la vinculación del cliente, la atención y respuesta al mismo, así como el soporte de la operatividad misma. Junto con la implementación de un nuevo Core Bancario, paralelamente debe irse afectando el sistema de gestión de calidad, pasando por el análisis de la normatividad vigente y el mapa de procesos que la entidad ha establecido con el fin de poder identificar que procesos se verán mayormente afectados por la puesta en marcha del software que soporta la operación de la entidad financiera. Una vez identificados los macroprocesos que requieren ser impactados, de acuerdo con la operación de un nuevo core bancario, se identificará un plan de acción que permita de manera lógica y ordenada iniciar afectar el sistema de gestión calidad sin que se pierda la trazabilidad de la información, se encuentre disponible para los usuarios finales de manera oportuna, siendo así congruente con cada uno de los módulos implementados.
