Thus, the innovation capacity of organizations is not only a decisive factor for their competitive capacities, since this is configured as the engine for the sustainable development of each country; therefore, these capabilities and the willingness of organizations to innovate turn out to be crucial to respond to the changes resulting from the crisis and other threats that may arise. Based on the above, the main purpose of this study was to examine how the disposition and innovation capacities have been developed in terms of products, processes, marketing, organization and management in organizations, to manage the challenges produced by the crisis originated due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology was developed from a review of the existing literature (articles and academic works developed between 2018 and 2021); In this sense, the qualitative and quantitative information of the study carried out by Gorzelany-Dziadkowiec (2021), entitled COVID-19: Business Innovation Challenges, was taken into consideration, which served as the basis for this investigation, because its author examined what had been the preparation and capacities to develop innovations in the organizations and sectors investigated in Europe during the COVID-19 pandemic; allowing: i) to collect facts and opinions, ii) the vision of the organizations questioned about how their innovation was during the pandemic, iii) the creation of a generic model for medium, micro and small organizations and companies. Finally, a series of conclusions are presented that are relevant to the topic that has been addressed.Pregradoapplicaction/pdfspahttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 InternationalAcceso abiertoLa innovación como herramienta estratégica de las organizaciones para gestionar los principales desafíos tras la crisis originada por la pandemia de COVID-19Innovation as a strategic tool for organizations to manage the main challenges after the crisis caused by the covid-19 pandemicINNOVACIONMERCADEOInnovationPandemicCrisisProductProcessMarketingOrganizationManagementCOVID-19 (ENFERMEDAD)EPIDEMIASInnovaciónPandemiaCrisisProductoProcesoMarketingOrganizaciónGestiónTesis/Trabajo de grado - Monografía - Pregradoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesishttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fAdministración de EmpresasFacultad de Estudios a DistanciaUniversidad Militar Nueva GranadaAlbaz, A., Mansour, T., Rida, T. & Schubert, J.
