Summary:The goal of this project is to answer the question about how to promote the critical consciousness of the historical condition of subject, with a group of children from an public school in Bogotá, Colombia. To achieve this, the work is focused chiefly the precepts from participatory action research and in the critical pedagogy. In the project students from fourth grade, after doing a reading of their school world, pointing out conditions from their scholar reality that they want to change. In this way starts the pedagogy design that wants to promote the awarness about the historical subject condition,articulating the school curriculum, with the reality and the interests of the children, to achieve a meaningful learning of the areas of knowledge involved for the comprehension of the observed reality.
