| Summary: | Plaza España en un bocado is a project that looks for the recovery of Plaza España, located in the city of Bogotá, through food. The project consists in the elaboration of pastry bites that recover the memories of different historical moments of the zone, in order to share to the consumers the value of this place and the importance of recovering part of it. Through the articulation of different actors, the idea is to generate value for both: the sector and the different actors that are part of it, making a scenario of co-creation. This project is also a reflection on how the dynamics of the places within the cities can be transformed from areas other than architecture and urbanism, such as: arts, music, culture or as in this case gastronomy. |
