Summary:The current posconflict process in Colombia involves new challenges for educational system, and demands by educational actors several contributions that allow to repair the social interactions that have been affected by violence during half a century of history. Schools have an important opportunity in this new national context, since their work is linked to the training of future citizens; there for it is necessary to start up new pedagogical practices to prevent and decrease school conflicts associated with practices of social victimization, as discrimination accompanied by moral justifications. For this reason, the promotion of social competences and abilities into the classroom -as emphaty and critical thinking- it is useful to remove exclusion and its excuses to justify it...
