Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) tuvieron un desempeño significativo dentro del contexto educativo durante la pandemia del Covid-19. El artículo analiza las experiencias de dos profesores de primaria de inglés como segundo idioma (ESL) de una institución bilingüe y una institución pública en Bogotá, Colombia. El objetivo principal es determinar los factores que influyeron en la adecuación de los recursos tecnológicos para desarrollar clases en línea. Este estudio sigue un enfoque cualitativo, un diseño de investigación descriptiva para expresar los desafíos o factores en los que los docentes pueden sumergirse al enseñar de forma remota utilizando recursos digitales. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron artefactos, entrevistas y la experiencia propia del docente a través de teoría. Las respuestas obtenidas indicaron que los profesores han mejorado la aplicación de herramientas tecnológicas en sus clases, lo cual se ha conseguido durante el proceso de adaptación y así ha llevado a los docentes a estar preparados para afrontar cualquier situación en la educación virtual. |

The article analyzes the experiences of two elementary and English as a second language (ESL) teachers from a bilingual and public institute in Bogotá, Colombia. The main objective is to determine the factors that influenced the adequacy of technological resources to develop remote teaching. This study follows a descriptive research design and a qualitative approach to express the challenges or factors in which teachers may immerse when teaching remotely using digital resources. The data collection instruments were artifacts, interviews, and the teacher's own experience through theory.
