applying the “Instrumento de Medición de Clima Organizacional en Colombia IMCOC
to assess seven variables that could affect climate in the companies and compare the score of the organizational climate with the use or absence of salary structure using SPSS statistical software. The criteria considered for the selection of companies were the size (large and medium) and the sector of the economy to which they belong (commercial and manufacturing)
the companies were selected using Compite 360 the data base of the Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce. The IMCOC was applied to a total of 1.154 employees in the thirty three companies and that were characterized according to the models of salary structure found in the literature as are wage assignment inherent of the role
market and achievement of goals or companies without any salaries system.

Existen varias investigaciones que indican que el clima de la organización tiene una influencia significativa en la productividad, la motivación, la satisfacción de los empleados y en el desempeño de la organización. Sin embargo, no hay investigaciones que se centren en la influencia que tiene sobre el clima organizacional la forma en que los empleados están siendo remunerados. Es por ello que el objetivo principal de este proyecto es evaluar si existe alguna relación entre el uso de una estructura salarial y el clima organizacional. En este trabajo se presenta un análisis del clima organizacional en treinta y tres empresas ubicadas en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga que hacen parte del sector comercial y manufacturero, aplicando el Instrumento de Medición de Clima Organizacional en Colombia IMCOC, para evaluar siete variables que podrían afectar el clima en las empresas y comparar la puntuación del clima organizacional con el uso o la ausencia de estructura salarial utilizando el software estadístico SPSS. Los criterios considerados para la selección de las empresas fueron el tamaño empresarial (grande y mediano) y el sector de la economía al que pertenecen (comerciales y manufactureras), se seleccionaron las empresas utilizando la base de datos de la Cámara de Comercio de Bucaramanga Compite 360. El IMCOC se aplicó a un total de 1.154 empleados en las treinta y tres empresas y éstas se caracterizaron de acuerdo con los modelos de estructura salarial encontrados en la literatura como son, asignación de sueldo inherente al cargo, al mercado y al logro de metas o empresas sin ningún sistema de salarios |
