there are not researches about the level of well-being between employees and employers in Colombia. That is why
the main aim of this Project is make an comparative analysis about the level well-being between the employees and employers in Colombia using the 2015 National Survey of Quality of Life of the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE). This paper presents the estimation of the subjective well-being index (IBS)
using the multivariate methodology called Multiple Correspondence Analysis (ACM)
which is obtained contributions satisfaction for each of the following dimensions are obtained: food
housing
income
health
work
safety
family and education. The index assign to each individual a score between zero to one: at the same time that the value of the index grows the perception of the dimensions gets better. For the construction of the index
it was considered a sample of 15
399 individuals
which was applied an expansion factor in order to obtain the estimate of the total population.
