This monograph presents the proposal for the transition plan of the quality management system of Freskaleche S.A. With the purpose of being consistent with the changing world and to benefit from the advantages provided by the new approach that gave the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to their standard 9001
Freskaleche S.A. conceived as one of its objectives the implementation of the 2015 version of the standard that addresses the quality management system. Through the use of a descriptive methodology
was initially raised the implementation of a self-test questionnaire developed in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as a tool to perform the analysis and evaluation of independently of the chapters that contain the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:2015. As results were obtained graphics type network with the percentage of compliance of each of the items of the chapters analyzed and identified the shortcomings that has the organization that prevent it from giving full compliance to each requirement of the new version of the standard. The application of the self-test function of the degree of compliance with the requirements of the standard in question established in this monograph facilitated the identification of activities necessary to accomplish the transition of the quality management system of Freskaleche S.A. and endorsed the possibility of replicating the methodology to the environmental management system that has implemented the company.
