it is possible to use this rock as a precursor for zeolites synthesis so we use a sample of natural clinker from the mining cwhich was treated in an alkaline fusion process with 3 M NaOH until its amorphization. Starting with the generated vitreous material
hydrothermal synthesis was employed to synthesize the structure of the Na-P type zeolite which was found at a concentration of 37.8% within the solid and was chosen to study its effect on Lactuca sativa crops and the elimination of a fungicide such as DithaneTM M-45 in this kind of vegetables. The combination of a 5% zeolitized clinker and 3% chicken manure mixture regarding the rice husk was the most effective because it was able to remove approximately half the concentration of the fungicide found in the plants and nurture them with a higher quantity of minerals. El clinker natural es una roca sedimentaria alterada térmicamente mediante la combustión espontánea de los mantos de carbón del subsuelo, este proceso oxidativo se debe a la exposición del carbón a diferentes condiciones atmosféricas como lo son la erosión, la minería a cielo abierto y/o al contacto con el oxígeno de las profundidades del suelo. Debido a su alto contenido de Si, es posible pensar en esta roca como un buen precursor para la síntesis de zeolitas por lo que se tomó una muestra de clinker natury fue tratada en un proceso de fusión alcalina con NaOH 3 M hasta amorfizarla. Partiendo del material vítreo generado se aplicó métodos hidrotermales para sintetizar la zeolita Na-P que se encontró en un 37,8% dentro del sólido como la fase más abundante y con la cual se estudió su influencia en cultivos experimentales de Lactuca sativa de la clase longifolia y la eliminación del fungicida DithaneTM M-45 en esta clase de legumbres. La combinación del 5% del clinker zeolitizado y 3% de gallinaza con respecto al tamo de arroz fue la más efectiva ya que logró remover aproximadamente la mitad del fungicida presente en las plantas y también las nutrió de una mayor cantidad de minerales. El clinker natural, el crudo de reacción y el clinker zeolitizado fueron caracterizados empleando las técnicas de Difracción de Rayos-X de muestras policristalinas (DRX), Fluorescencia de Rayos-X (FRX) y espectroscopia de Absorción Atómica (AA).
