The question about sovereignty and the sacred field over which the life has been posing this thesis. At the same time
searching the values and the jurisdictional way in which this institution grab into the life is fundamental for this aim. As a consequence
the exile and citizenship are responsible for the foundation of this question
backing up the modern power structures; or what it is called the modern State-Nations. In this sense
the classic thinking would be the lens for distinguish the approach from the politic action
from whom we are giving accounts. It is the difference between the Zoe and Bios; living as a fact and living as a finality
which are the maximum complaints and best pillars for the human actions. The Hommo saccer frame a sacred figure
an in this case the exiled and the stateless would be called to harassment
free of any threat from the death.
