This project aims to carry out a technical and financial study for the creation of a strial de Santander. The need for this project arises because there is currently no technology avaliable for diagnosis of printed circuit board at Universidad Industrial de Santander. Therefore
it must use the services of external providers usually located in other regions of the country. Given this context
this project develops a technical study which considers the characteristics of the equipment
tools and supplies required by the laboratory for its operation
the process flow diagram
and the inputs and outputs associated with this process. This study was complemented with a financial study
in which costs and expenses associated with the creation and implementation of a printed circuit boards boratory were identified and a sensitivity analysis was developed in order to identify the benefits and risks that the University would face to implement this initiative.
