at this time MHC has greater control to asphalt plants and materials plants so it is necessary to focus on heavy machinery. Actually MHC has a data manager called SISMAH when they collect information equipment such as hour meters and / or odometers daily and all repairs performed
even though it has a large amount of information no one can control or someone perform respective analysis for each equipment. The object of the present monograph is to design a maintenance plan for 6 equipment of heavy machinery to implement the method RCA when recurrence of failures is analyzed by system and a new maintenance plan arises and with the result of the new plan are realized new formats for inspection for each maintenance inspection and for each operation start. This monograph is the importance of inspections and proper analysis of the information collected for each equipment. 3
