In this work the maintenance management of mobile equipment
to know how efficient the implementation of Cemex maintenance policy in the production environment of its concrete plants Floridablanca and Surata evaluated; from this information strengths and weaknesses factors (SWOT Matrix) are identified and defined strategies to solve the various equipment failures. An analysis of criticality by the method of weighted factors based on the concept of risk (applicable to the various failure modes of equipment) is designed
based on the ISO 14224 standard for defining the different risk agents and limits. an interdisciplinary group is the leader of maintenance and charge of weighing each of the factors is then created
proceed to stipulate how to calculate the consequences of each failure
its category according to the degree of criticality presented and the level of attention required for all this
a hierarchical implementation schedule of maintenance is designed. Later indexes effectively describe the performance of the process (essentially taking into account its objectives) are selected
implemented in the SAP system information and additionally create a manual - instructions for program management. Finally it defined methodology to preserve control activity over time
