This monograph is guided to propose and develop a model of planning and execution for the management of major maintenance of assets (in this Genset) of a company with business line for supply of power generation in the Oil & Gas industry. The common model for management major maintenance is guide at engagement services with companies that sell and distribute equipment according to the brand Genset. The new model proposed in this paper is the result of the development of strategies to optimize resources
reduced costs and reduced times of execution and quality services. Tools are used as market research with suppliers
