The Market research presented in this Project
was realized under the object of determining the potential of the platforms e-Learning orientated to the virtual formation of the colleges in high school of Bucaramanga city
determining in this way the opportunity for business that this one represents; the obtained results will serve as beginning point to the continue line of respective lacking studies
which determine the viability of starting the creation of a company to offer this type of service. For this
it was designed a methodology of investigation (research)
wherein it was established the scope
the type of (research)
the population and the sample. A survey designed type questionnaire
which was applied itself in three different forms: telephonic route
Internet route and personal. It was achieved to obtain the mayor quantity of primary
relevant information for the research; besides the use of secondary information obtained in its majority from previous work for the study
was from magazines
and articles published in Internet. In order to realize a process of analysis of the offer and the demand of the service
besides the generalization of the legal and financial requirements. These results served to determine the impact on the market and to be able to obtain a few conclusions and recommendations.

Los resultados obtenidos servirán como punto de partida para continuar la línea de estudios respectivos faltantes, que determinen la viabilidad de poner en marcha la creación de una empresa destinada a ofrecer este tipo de servicio. Para ello se diseñó una metodología de investigación, dentro de la cual se estableció el alcance, el tipo de investigación, la población y la muestra. Se elaboró una encuesta tipo cuestionario, la cual se aplicó de tres formas diferentes: vía telefónicas, vía internet y personales, de allí se logró obtener la mayor cantidad de información primaria relevante a la investigación; además del uso de información secundaria, obtenida en su mayoría de trabajos de investigación previos, revistas, y artículos publicados en internet. Se realizó un proceso de análisis de la oferta y la demanda del servicio, además de la generalización de los requerimientos legales y financieros. Estos resultados sirvieron para determinar el impacto sobre el mercado y así poder obtener unas conclusiones y recomendaciones.
