Factibilidad para la creación de un operador turístico "Páramo Santurbán" en el municipio de California de la Provincia de Soto Norte de Santander

El presente estudio tiene como objeto determinar la viabilidad para la creación de una empresa de ecoturístico en el municipio de California Santander, que pueda satisfacer las necesidades y expectativas de los usuarios que buscan recreación, esparcimiento y educación en los atractivos naturales locales, a través de la observación, el estudio de los valores naturales y de los aspectos culturales. Su metodología descriptiva está orientada a identificar la existencia de una demanda potencial insatisfecha de personas que gustan del turismo ecológico dentro de la población de los habitantes de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, verificando la posibilidad técnica para la prestación del servicio, apartando inconvenientes a nivel de recursos, requisitos administrativos y legales de constitución y finalmente demostrar que es rentable económicamente su realización. La demanda insatisfecha del servicio fue determinada con base a los totales de la demanda potencial arrojada en el estudio de mercados en virtud a la ausencia de oferta de servicios ecoturisticos en el área de influencia del estudio, la cual equivale al 80% de la población laboralmente activa y/o estudiantes de las universidades de la ciudad de Bucaramanga; por otro lado se demostró que hay dominio de la logística en el servicio, funcionamiento y operatividad del proyecto. La evaluación financiera arrojo un resultado atractivo con un V.P.N. de $218.050.885 y T.I.R de 304%, pronosticando un éxito desde el inicio de las actividades, originando un impacto social positivo sobre el gremio de prestadores de servicios turísticos, hoteleros y población en general involucrada en el proyecto; por lo que se recomienda llevar a cabo su realización.

The Unmet service demand was determined based on the totals of the potential demand in the study of markets in virtue of the absence of offer of ecotourism in the area of influence of the study; which is equivalent to 80% of the active workforce and/or students of the universities in the city of Bucaramanga. On the other hand we can show that there is domain of logistics in service; performance and operation on the project. The financial evaluation gave us an attractive result with a V.P.N. of $218.050.885 and 304% IRR (internal return rate); predicting a success from the beginning of the activities; causing a social impact positive on the providers of tourism services; hotels; and population in general involved in the project; so it is recommended to carry out its implementation.
