This graduation project refers to the feasibility for the creation of a company of archival consultants and documentary projects in the hardware sector from Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area
the services to provide are: the elaboration of retention documentary tables and tables of documentary assessment
organization of accumulated funds and special files
training
files digitalization and everything that involves an efficient documental organization looking for a transparent administration at all the hardware sector
coming up with new ideas in order to give importance to the produced and custodian documents without any archival judgement and requires professional intervention backup in Colombian rules relating to the archival function
mainly emphasizing the commercial sector which is focused on the project
where it is wanted to provide personalized quickly and efficiently attention. The investment project will make filing sensitization to the employers who belong to this sector
which lack of knowledge
changing the way to carry their documents
implementing activities in the management of documents
in order to demonstrate a greater control over the produced information. Considering the large amount of paper used in the documents production
the project will have a big environmental impact
as encouraged to think before the document elaboration about its value to print it
for that is necessary to re-evaluate the administrative processes taken in the entities and thus will bring the investment in this service will give back in benefits.
