This project proposes the analysis and the procedures of repeatability
reproducibility and uncertainty for the test of corrugated steel for rod with diameters " and under the standards of standard NTC 2289 (COLOMBIAN TECHNICAL STANDARD). For repeatability studies
six diameter rod samples were tested. For rods of diameter " and
twelve rod samples were tested

taking into account that each rod diameter has its respective test clamp in the materials characterization laboratory of the Industrial University of Santander. For reproducibility studies
four samples were tested for each rod diameter
respectively
two in the materials characterization laboratory of the Industrial University of Santander
in the same way
two samples of rod were tested for each diameter respectively in the external laboratory (Andes University Civil Engineering laboratory)
certified by the ONAC (National Accreditation Organization of Colombia). Using different statistical methods likes ranges and averages to obtained a percentages of repeatability
reproducibility and r&R percentages. The Gum guide was used to estimate an uncertainty with a 95% confidence level
this method was applied only for " and diameter rod samples
respectively
in the repeatability test performed in the materials characterization laboratory of the Industrial University of Santander.
