The main objective of this project is to implement a preventive maintenance plan for the company "industries coins Ltda" complemented by an efficient information which can facilitate and speed up the maintenance of the company. Also it seeks to increase the availability
reliability and productivity of the machines in the production plant
looking for a high level of competitiveness in domestic and international markets. First a maintenance audit be conducted in order to identify the main shortcomings in this area and to view the improvements to be implemented. Later inventory and coding of the teams involved in the production processes of the company will be held
attached to this will be designed and established the different formats required for the implementation of this plan of maintenance (data sheets

work orders
ect.). After having the information necessary to conduct a study of the equipment criticality of the production area through analysis of weighted factors based on the concept of risk and from that determine which computers are often more prone to failure . As a next step a master plan for the necessary maintenance to run which will have all the information needed for the proper execution of work activities will be held. Finally a computerized system for maintenance management enabling them to expedite the data search and organization
this in order to increase the efficiency of the maintenance department at Industrias Acuña Ltda.
