This monograph is structured a methodology maintenance based on autonomous maintenance
TPM pillar for Nutshell Filters in surface facilities in the hydrocarbon industry. It seeks to propose and develop a management model of autonomous maintenance applied to Nutshell Filters with capacity of 15 KBWPD
managing to incorporate the operator in a maintenance philosophy for a favorable result and optimal indicators in the treatment of produced water in the oil fields. Besides structuring the maintenance methodology
they are establishing strategic stages of the CAPD cycle to achieve a standardization of procedures and protocols cleanup activities

control of management
and scheduling management for active. The methodology of this monograph include the culture of the 5'S complementing the fundamental steps of autonomous maintenance pillar of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
incorporating proposing an optimal environment
safe and responsible work environment. In addition
it seeks to highlight the importance of the Operator-maintainer in the process industries in the hydrocarbons sector
in order to obtain favorable results and to have a continuous improvement in the operation and maintenance of Nutshell Filters with capacity of 15 KBWPD.
