Con el propósito de contribuir al logro de información al sistema integrado de transporte masivo para el mejoramiento del mismo, se realiza un estudio de los tiempos y las demoras presentadas, aplicadas a algunas rutas del sistema (T1, T3, P10, P8, AP1, AB2). Para ello se escogieron los días miércoles y jueves en la hora pico de la tarde, y el día sábado en la hora pico de la mañana como días representativos. Se tomaron tiempos de marcha, de recorrido y las distancias respectivas a cada ruta. Se simbolizaron las rutas y las velocidades de marcha por medio del programa ArcGIS, teniendo una visualización de lo que se está presentando en el sistema. En cada ruta se simbolizaron dos días, el día sábado y el más crítico entre miércoles y jueves.
