is a piece of art that shows an imaginary city where Smiley lives -an imaginary character created by the author
who through his representation tries to instill sensations that evoke memories and desires of a lived city; which has been kept in his memory due to the time of relation with these places that become into a common referent point but particularly for the author. Since is Smiley who evidences symbolic details in the observation of his not only real but also fantastic surroundings which represent directly his moods such as happiness and nostalgia of the author
who through his imagination plays with the urban scenario generating a dynamic where memories and sensations flourish. This particularities
become in sensations of happiness for the author since in this places
they represent lived experiences such as learning to smoke
his first kiss
his school life
his desire of coming back home
among others. In this way
Smiley becomes in a symbol of happiness that is integrated from imagination to reality. For this reason
these memories and sensations are manifested through drawings and they also allow appreciating Smiley in a funny or silly way who also plays along with the story and perspective that characterizes these places. In this way
the manifestation and reunion of fragments from the memory of a city are transformed into an incessant game of figure and plastic figures.
