this multimedia tool was designed in order to provide students of the subject structure and properties of materials an alternative to strengthen the knowledge gained in the classroom and which can develop the competences laid in the subject. In addition
it is presented as an opportunity for the teacher to use the tool as a support material to facilitate the understanding of the subject topics through images
photographs
videos and animations. This degree project also wants to encourage students to develop multimedia tools oriented to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as a degree work
applied to other subjects of petroleum engineering academic program. The tool was designed as a format easy to use and access
where the student can access the tool from anywhere
the student only needs access to Virtual Classroom Learning with the student code and password to access the tool without download or install any program. This document contains several sections
including all relating to Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
information that corresponds to the subject topics
the methodology used to design and development the tool
and finally
the results obtained after presenting the tool to students taking the subject.

La herramienta se diseñó en un formato de fácil manejo y acceso, en donde el estudiante podrá tener acceso a la herramienta desde cualquier sitio, solo necesita acceder al Aula Virtual de Aprendizaje con su código estudiantil y contraseña para ingresar a la herramienta sin necesidad de descargar o instalar ningún programa. El presente documento consta de varias secciones, entre las cuales se incluye todo lo referente a las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC), la información que corresponde a la temática de la asignatura, la metodología utilizada para el diseño y elaboración de la herramienta y, por último, los resultados obtenidos luego de presentar la herramienta a los estudiantes que cursan la asignatura.
