Nowadays educational models are becoming the focus due to the emergence of various methodologies that guarantee the correct learning of knowledge in accordance to the needs of the environment. In this sense
Active methodologies emerge as a tool that reorganize the role of the teacher and the student in the teaching / learning process. In the context of teaching innovation
it is changed the traditional teaching / learning models by the active learning models
encompassing the constructive and meaningful models in which the principal role is taken by the student involved in the academic formation process
enabling him to acquire the necessary skills in order to face real life situations where he could test his ability to abstract
analyze and transmit information. In this context this project is developed
which aims to design and implement four didactic strategies to the subject Design of Production Systems of the Industrial Engineering program in the Industrial University of Santander. The present methodology comprised the development of an analysis of web content where methodologies used to teach the topics of this subject in the best Latin American universities were identified
the execution of consultation with teachers of national universities to identify some topics that require a practical component and finally the design didactic strategies for the selected topics.

Actualmente los modelos educativos están siendo el foco de atención debido al surgimiento de diversas metodologías que garantizan el aprendizaje de conocimientos acordes a las necesidades del entorno. En este sentido, las metodologías activas emergen como una herramienta que replantea el rol del maestro y del estudiante en el proceso enseñanza/aprendizaje. En el marco de la innovación docente, se genera un cambio de los modelos de enseñanza/aprendizaje tradicional a los modelos de aprendizaje activo, comprendiendo los modelos constructivista y significativo, en los que el rol principal es desempeñado por el estudiante al estar involucrado en su proceso de formación, posibilitando la adquisición de habilidades necesarias para afrontar situaciones de la vida real donde ponga a prueba su capacidad de abstraer, analizar y transmitir información. En este contexto, se desarrolla el presente proyecto el cual pretende el diseño e implementación de cuatro estrategias didácticas para la asignatura Diseño de Sistemas Productivos del programa de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. La metodología utilizada comprendió el desarrollo de un análisis de contenido web donde se identificaron las metodologías utilizadas para impartir las temáticas de la asignatura en las mejores universidades latinoamericanas, la realización de una consulta dirigida a docentes de universidades nacionales para identificar algunas de las temáticas que requieren un componente práctico y finalmente el diseño de las estrategias didácticas para las temáticas seleccionadas. |
