In this degree work proposes the development of a selector computational tool of automation strategies of acclimatization systems in the interior spaces of Santander Industrial University
which will be a reference in management and compliance of politic of energy rational use. The software tool guides the optimization plan of the energetic consumption necessary to the use of different buildings of university
to avail the sources of energy generation and the benefits offered by some structures types according to its architecture or spatial distribution. For this
it considers the bibliographic information selected
the compilation of characterization in different buildings of university educational and finally
the construction of a computational tool that includes electric parameters
of spatial distribution
of performance and financials to follow for compliance of objectives and evaluate the viability or none of implementation of automation systems in the buildings of the university. The result of development of project is an informatics application that determines the elements or control systems suitable for each construction type
according its use and spatial distribution. Then
it documents conclusions and recommendations for future works
