The purpose of the present project is the formulation and Implementation of a plan that improves the organizational climate of the Central Regional Environment (IEC) of Ecopetrol SA
which is aimed to accomplish the strategic objectives and also to improve the working conditions of the contributors. Currently
the organization is in a business transformation process adjusted to variations that have hit the global market. Certainly
these changes have had a direct impact on its employees
suppliers
the community and its other stakeholders. Therefore
the company had to reinvent itself in order to compete
search and maintain a harmonious atmosphere with a team focused on meeting the new challenges through its new philosophy and vision. The project begun with the diagnosis of the working environment made by that expert firm Great Place to Work Institute in 2014 based on some new corporate strategies with horizon 2020. For its formulation
it had to be taking into account the internal marketing
which generate high levels of satisfaction and commitment among employees; it starts with an analysis phase diagnostic work environment
followed by a formulation stage through processes of ideation and bibliographical sources
the implementation of activities designed to improve perceptions and conditions of staff and finally monitoring and control ensure compliance and project progress.
