Funciones De Transferencia
Food availability and food accessibility are part of the components of food security
established by Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. The analysis through time series establishes the construction of a database that identifies variables of food availability and accessibility. for availability
the indicator will be the rate of food sufficiency -concept developed by the Heritage Corporation. Food accessibility will be defined by an indicator that comes from the relation between the basic food basket and the legal minimum wage from Colombia. These series are individually examined by exploratory analysis and statistical tests coming to the construction of an ARIMA ( 1
0
0 ) time series model
for food availability and
an ARIMA ( 1
1
0 ) for food accessibility. The function's transfer between these two modeled series brings as a result the direct and dependent relation between our series of study
in other words
changes in the food availability involves changes in the food availability. The expansion of the national food production
as a consequence of agricultural proposals and policies directed to protect and educate rural population
will lead to increase food sovereignty. Consequently it will reduce the percentage of food expenses per capita
enable people to meet basic needs.
