This monograph presents a management Maintenance Program for the company industrial workshop Alberto Vasquez in the metalworking sector
which aims to ensure the continuity of the production process and achieve the goals set in the management policy quality as to implement the plan the company from the managerial and operational level will start to provide more reliable services from any point of view. Similarly
the preventive maintenance program helps to increase the reliability and availability of equipment
carrying out planned maintenance based on scheduled inspections of possible points to fail they can circumstantially cause production stoppages or serious deterioration of equipment and facilities. In addition maintenance costs will be reduced by labor and materials due to the work of optimizing maintenance and repairs decreased by glitch. the security of operators of machines and equipment also improved
in addition to participate in this management program to all directly linked to the production area of the company
creating appropriate for better maintenance strategies quality production the same on the local and national market.

De igual forma, el programa de mantenimiento preventivo contribuye en aumentar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos, llevando a cabo un mantenimiento planeado, basado en las inspecciones programadas de los posibles puntos a fallar que puedan ocasionar circunstancialmente paros en la producción o deterioro grave de los equipos e instalaciones. Además se reducirán los costos de mantenimiento por mano de obra y materiales debido al trabajo de optimización de las operaciones de mantenimiento y la disminución de las reparaciones por fallo imprevisto. También se mejoraran las condiciones de seguridad de los operarios de las máquinas y equipos, además de hacer participe en dicho programa gerencial a todos los directamente vinculados con el área de producción de la empresa, creando estrategias de mantenimiento apropiadas para mejor la calidad de producción de la misma en el mercado local y nacional.
