This monograph presents a management Maintenance Program for the company industrial workshop Alberto Vasquez in the metalworking sector
which aims to ensure the continuity of the production process and achieve the goals set in the management policy quality as to implement the plan the company from the managerial and operational level will start to provide more reliable services from any point of view. Similarly
the preventive maintenance program helps to increase the reliability and availability of equipment
carrying out planned maintenance based on scheduled inspections of possible points to fail they can circumstantially cause production stoppages or serious deterioration of equipment and facilities. In addition maintenance costs will be reduced by labor and materials due to the work of optimizing maintenance and repairs decreased by glitch. the security of operators of machines and equipment also improved
in addition to participate in this management program to all directly linked to the production area of the company
creating appropriate for better maintenance strategies quality production the same on the local and national market.
