The development of this work was done in order to improve the business processes of the company Disfarma
seeking better performance that allows you to adapt to market changes and the world are imposing. This work includes methodological and practical aspects
which were involved in the strategies developed to improve their activities. The work of a diagnosis
which are obtained detailed information and procurement processes
storage and inventory management

identify opportunities for improvement. Later
identified procedures
processes and activities for improvement proposals intended to seek efficiency and control in each of the studied processes are designed. The proposals are evaluated and the implementation of which were the scope of this project is presented. Further
the indicators to monitor and measure the performance of each of the key aspects of the operation are designed. Finally different technologies in order to know which best suits the needs presented in the company and raised the conclusions and recommendations to continue the process of continuous improvement in Disfarma are analyzed.
