EMBOTELLADORA DE LA SABANA SAS is one of the industrial operations of Coca Cola FEMSA is the largest Coca-Cola products in the world
in Colombia bottler is made up of seven production plants which manufacture
distribute and sell Coca Tail. The process of applying the methodology of RCA will be focused on the development of processes and procedures which include the roles and participants of the research team
under the operational model of manufacturing and guidelines of the White Book of maintenance and engineering. The different methods of root cause analysis of failure in order to define the most appropriate for the proposed implementation are analyzed. And the model of reactive and proactive as tools for troubleshooting equipment failure analysis is established. In the process and analysis of the reactive RCA methodology
a qualitative analysis is used to determine the criticality of the events
and thus make the decision to implement the method to determine the root cause. Given average for criticality analysis methodology of the five why? And for high criticality methodology logical fault tree2.
