an investigative phase which became the input that allowed developing the diagnostic phase establishing the strengths
weaknesses
threats and opportunities of the company regarding its organizational climate was structured from a strategic vision. Finally
we conducted a planning phase in which improvement strategies work atmosphere of the company under proposed intervention The results allow us to infer that J.E. Jaimes Ingenieros SA in a company that prioritizes the welfare of its employees forward different strategies to generate optimal organizational climate so that they carry out their daily tasks. However
it is essential to take into account the observations made by the workers
which would generate greater motivation in the company
while the team of the organization makes decisions that cause an impact on the workers for foster internal communication between divisions of the company.

description El Clima Organizacional en las empresas es un aspecto fundamental, debido a que es una parte determinante en las relaciones laborales, el ambiente en las organizaciones y las relaciones entre los grupos de trabajo; éste se transforma entonces en un indicador de la productividad y efectividad en los procesos a nivel interno en las empresas. El presente proyecto está basado en la modalidad de trabajo de grado, práctica empresarial realizada en la empresa J.E Jaimes Ingenieros S.A. ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá. Tuvo como objetivo proponer estrategias que contribuyeran a fortalecer el clima organizacional de la empresa desde el enfoque de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE), por medio de la elaboración de un diagnóstico del Clima Organizacional con el cual posteriormente se plantearon las estrategias de mejora pertinentes. El documento está estructurado en tres fases principales: primero, se presenta la fase investigativa la cual se convirtió en el insumo que permitió desarrollar la segunda fase correspondiente a la etapa diagnóstica, en la cual se establecieron las debilidades, fortalezas, amenazas y oportunidades de la empresa, con respecto a su Clima Organizacional desde una visión estratégica. Por último, se llevó a cabo una fase de planeación en la cual se propusieron estrategias de mejoramiento de la atmosfera laboral de la empresa objeto de intervención. Los resultados nos permiten inferir que J.E. Jaimes Ingenieros S.A. en una compañía que prioriza el bienestar de sus colaboradores adelantando diferentes estrategias para generar un Clima Organizacional óptimo para que estos realicen sus labores diarias. Sin embargo, es fundamental tener en cuenta las observaciones hechas por los trabajadores, las cuales generarían mayor motivación en la empresa, en tanto el equipo de trabajo de la organización toma decisiones que causen algún impacto en los trabajadores para lograr fomentar la comunicación interna entre las divisiones de la compañía.
