The present thesis makes an exposition of the Andina and Llanera’s region of Colombia’s repertoires
through the adaptation of six pieces for the flute and guitar’s format
making a significant contribution to the repertoire
as well as promoting the conformation of chamber ensembles that led to emphasize and divulge the creative proposals by the current composers. The composers and selected musical pieces are: León Cardona García-Joropo; José Revelo Burbano-Ancestral; Jaime Romero-Confesiones; Germán Darío Pérez Salazar- Pa’ los palos; Lucas Saboya González- Namdik and Juan Pablo Cediel Ballesteros- El camino
and the included rhythms are: Pasillo
Bambuco
Joropo and Guabina
showing the most representative rhythms of the Andina and Llanera’s zone
also incorporating new ideas in the interpretative and composition area to the flute and guitar’s musical repertoire. In this document is presented each aspect that contributed to the chosen songs
and the ensembles of these six musical pieces
showing in this way
the stages in which were developed the selection
analysis
adaptation and set up of each piece.
