Actualmente la fabricación de vinos se ha convertido en una estrategia de aprovechamiento del fruto, debido al comportamiento cíclico de sus cosechas ocasionando un impacto económico para los cultivadores. Es por ello que esta investigación tiene como finalidad contribuir con el desarrollo agroindustrial en el municipio de Socorro, para fortalecer y mejorar los ingresos de los cultivadores de mandarina, ampliando su uso en el mercado actual, con el fin de determinar desde el punto de vista técnico, comercial, administrativo financiero y ambiental la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de aperitivo de mandarina, orientada a cubrir a un mercado y estrategia de apoyo a la mujer campesina del municipio de El Socorro, siendo un producto elaborado artesanalmente, que contribuya al desarrollo económico y social de la comunidad, para lo cual se determinará su viabilidad, rentabilidad e impacto social y ambiental con este tipo de empresa en beneficio de la comunidad. En su estudio técnico y administrativo se muestra el diseño de sus instalaciones, la estructura organizacional y el tipo de empresa a crear lo que da a conocer la normatividad a aplicar según el tipo de empresa escogido. La empresa queda lista para ser constituida legalmente e incorporada en el mercado y de su competencia ya está plenamente identificada; se realizó un análisis estratégico para de esta forma buscar su comercialización, y un estudio financiero el cual muestra resultados positivos para la recuperación de la inversión en corto plazo evidenciando la viabilidad del proyecto. |
