The Project presented proposes strategies for the creative development of the Institución Educativa Santa María s teachers
as an initiative for the change required in the sector caused by the world transformation. This project uses the Design Thinking methodology as an organization
capitalizing the good practices of the industry. For that reason
it uses the Design Thinking methodology
letting this project focus on the Human Centered practices and propose the best alternatives for the Institution. At the beginning of the document generalities of the Institution and the project are presented
subsequently key concepts are explained based on the narrative review results
that was made with the purpose of generating valued strategies at the international level for the Institution. The methodology development in the institution and the results of the projects are presented at the end of the document. The strategies are specified in chapter 13. 3*
