The study identifies the need for the creation of a producer and marketer of toilet soaps for women
to provide hygiene
cleaning and skin care
improve living conditions and contribute to the economic development of the city of Bucaramanga. This study includes the following steps which are of great importance: - Market research allowed the collection
interpretation and analysis of data by providing market knowledge and existing conditions and product analysis to develop
demand
supply
volumes
prices and marketing channels. - The technical study allowed us to define the optimal size of the plant
the location of the business
infrastructure
machinery and tools to use
raw materials and other items. - The current regulations on which the producer and marketer of natural soaps are created for women were known
allowing to know the tax and tax benefits that apply to this project. - Financial analysis projected 5-year
fixed costs
variable costs
total costs of the company
the investment amount
the origin of the resources
financial reasons that establish the solvency
profitability
break-even point was presented and internal rate of return among other things . The recommendations and conclusions of the project are also presented.
