as in the case of historical buildings which at the time of be operated for such studies require preserve the features that make it as representative of the town where it is located. This document presents the methodology for the inspection and diagnosis of a building of historical value
following the guidelines presented in the chapter A.10 of the NSR-10. It is the flexibility of the structure analysis taking into account variation of structural configuration in order to establish the degree of importance of the elements that compose it. This study was carried out base secondary information taken from the initial designs
and the list of interventions that the structure has suffered; Evaluated qualitatively structure based on the information gathered and as maintenance and conservation of the same
making the on-site inspection. Characterization of the structure for performing the equivalent mathematical model is performed by applying nondestructive testing within which stand the esclerometer test
scanner reinforcing structural geo-radar and recording ambient noise
seismic analysis it is performed to level up a new structure as presented in the NSR-10 and flexibility analysis of the structure by adapting to the case study of the methodology proposed in the book analysis and seismic design building engineer Roberto Rochel.

La evaluación e intervención de estructuras a partir de la puesta en vigencia de la actual versión del Reglamento Colombiano de Construcción Sismo Resistente NSR-10, ha tomado un alto grado de importancia, sin embargo existen ciertas estructuras las cuales requieren la aplicación de técnicas sofisticadas en el proceso de inspección y diagnóstico, como es el caso de las edificaciones históricas las cuales en el momento de ser intervenidas para este tipo de estudios requieren conservar las características que la hacen como representativa de la localidad donde se encuentra. Este documento presenta la metodología para la inspección y diagnóstico de una edificación de valor histórico, siguiendo los lineamientos presentados en el capítulo A.10 de la NSR-10. Se realiza el análisis de flexibilidad de la estructura teniendo en cuenta variación de la configuración estructural con el fin de establecer el grado de importancia de los elementos que la componen. Para llevar a cabo dicho estudio se recopila la información existente del diseño inicial, y del registro de las intervenciones a las cuales se ha sometido la estructura; Se evalúa de forma cualitativa la estructura en base a la información recopilada y en cuanto mantenimiento y conservación de la misma, realizando la inspección en el sitio. La caracterización de la estructura para la realización del modelo matemático equivalente se realiza mediante la aplicación de ensayos no destructivos dentro de los cuales se destacan, el ensayo de esclerómetro, escáner de refuerzo con geo-radar estructural y registro de vibración ambiental, el análisis sísmico se realiza para nivel de seguridad de una estructura nueva según lo presentado en la NSR-10 y el análisis de flexibilidad de la estructura mediante la adaptación al caso de estudio de la metodología planteada en el libro Análisis y diseño sísmico de edificios del ingeniero Roberto Rochel |
