Assessment and intervention of structures from the putting into force of the current version of regulation Colombian of building earthquake resistant NSR-10
has taken a high degree of importance
however there are certain structures which require the application of sophisticated techniques in the process of inspection and diagnosis
as in the case of historical buildings which at the time of be operated for such studies require preserve the features that make it as representative of the town where it is located. This document presents the methodology for the inspection and diagnosis of a building of historical value
following the guidelines presented in the chapter A.10 of the NSR-10. It is the flexibility of the structure analysis taking into account variation of structural configuration in order to establish the degree of importance of the elements that compose it. This study was carried out base secondary information taken from the initial designs
and the list of interventions that the structure has suffered; Evaluated qualitatively structure based on the information gathered and as maintenance and conservation of the same
making the on-site inspection. Characterization of the structure for performing the equivalent mathematical model is performed by applying nondestructive testing within which stand the esclerometer test
scanner reinforcing structural geo-radar and recording ambient noise
seismic analysis it is performed to level up a new structure as presented in the NSR-10 and flexibility analysis of the structure by adapting to the case study of the methodology proposed in the book analysis and seismic design building engineer Roberto Rochel.
