This internship work was carried out under the participative Action-Research project “Generation of strategies to enhance the School as a place to prevent gender violence”. The main goal is understanding the gender situations in the classroom relationships within the first semester of 2015 group of complementary studies at the Normal Superior of Piedecuesta School. As a guide for the work done
feminist and educational theories were adopted
from which gender situations in the class relationships could be understood
likewise
such theories were key when intervening the educative institution in a critical and transforming way. This internship exercise fell in the preparatory stage where the first approaches to the school context took place and in the development stage of the research which lied in performing knowledge meetings which allowed collecting information and
at the same time
offering places to think about topics in gender and education. Likewise
this work helps to understand the gender situations in the class relationships
which revolve around questioning the relationships between men and women at the classroom. This is achieved through an auto diagnosis performed from the popular education process
based on the dialog and knowledge building from everyday experiences.
