In this research the problem of GRB (Barrancabermeja refinery management) was studied with the charging station tanks with propylene U-3160
in which occurs multiple faults in its operation mainly because overpressure load lines and damage of the actuators of the charging station
which have caused breaches in the sales offices of propylene. To help standardize the upload operation onto the loading station
a qualitative statistical study of trends was done in the variables measured in the filling lines by the sensors of the filling unit
and the behavior of the variables was observed in time to find and define the trend of a standard load. Behavior of the system found pseudo-steady (PSSH). Once defined trends and standard features a representative matrix operation of the charging station was performed
the matrix was analyzed with statistical tool principal component analysis (PCA) using the K-mean method
where the characteristics
operating ranges of a standard load and thresholds of the variables in a sub-standard were grouped.
