This work focuses on the study of the most used mathematical models in the estimation of the harmonic state and how they are applied
with the purpose to select the best method of estimation and apply it to distribution systems of electricity by realizing an evaluation of their performance used on a system brought by the IEEE
in which sources of harmonic current injections with random locations are included. In the modification of the system
there are models that are generalized to apply in quality studies of the energy
such as arc furnace [1]
that is a model of injection of currents which emphasizes on the high index of harmonic pollution that it produces. The development initiates with a general analysis of the behavior of the opposing models
that visualized the injection of current of every model in the software ATP-EMTP and its tool ATPDraw
by extracting the information of harmonic tension in the system
then to compare them with the results obtained by the estimation method of harmonic condition chosen to give solution to this problem. consecutively a detailed analysis is made over the data in case of having a completely certain
and sub-certain system. Finally
the results are compared with the values obtained in ATP-EMTP's simulation.
