the biomass that was generated in the sample (PB) were weighed and characterized by microbiological analysis. The sample that showed more degradation (higher PB) was at pH 9

showing that only bacillus type bacteria were developed. The models that adjust to the data were obtained using the methodology of response surface
so that a prediction of the best storage conditions were possible. It was found that the stability of neem leaf extracts is affected by the same parameters and the same conditions as the seed extracts

0.2% C and 94% A
minimize the PB and the %DAZA.

Para eso se prepararon muestras a diferentes valores de pH (3, 6, 9), porcentaje de conservante (% C) (0%; 0,15%; y 0,3%) y porcentaje de agua (% A) (80%; 87,5%; 95%) según un diseño experimental tipo Box-Behnken. Las muestras se dejaron en incubación durante 20 días a 40°C, de manera que las características de la degradación se aceleraran y aparecieran en corto tiempo. Mediante HPLC se cuantificó la cantidad de azadiractina (AZA) en las muestras para determinar su porcentaje de degradación (% DAZA) con respecto al contenido inicial. Igualmente, se pesó la biomasa (PB) generada en las muestras y se caracterizaron mediante análisis microbiológicos. La muestra que mostró mayor degradación (mayor PB) fue la obtenida a pH 9; 0,3% C y 87,5% A, mostrando que solamente se desarrollaron bacterias de tipo bacilos. Empleando la metodología de superficie de respuesta, se ajustaron los modelos a los datos obtenidos, de manera que una predicción de las mejores condiciones para el almacenamiento fuera posible. Se encontró que la estabilidad de los extractos de hoja de nim se ve afectada por los mismos parámetros y las mismas condiciones que los extractos de semilla, y que para una formulación insecticida valores de pH 3, 0,2% C y 94% A, minimizan el PB y el % DAZA
