The aim of this project is to determine the feasibility of creating a company that produces and market the Agaricus Bisporus mushroom focusing on its marketing

financial and administrative aspects
at the municipality of Socorro
Santander. This process starts by collecting data using a survey. The results of this survey are the basis for the development of a market study that determines the viability of the product penetration
and leads the way to the development of the studies that complements the project. The technical study allow us to determine the size of the producing plant with all of its modifications and characteristics
taking into account the specifications needed for the production of Agaricus Bisporus mushroom. The size of the organization are also stipulated. In the administrative study
the type of partnership appropriate for the company
the organizational culture and responsibilities are established. These will be the cornerstone for employees to carry out their functions in the company. A proper legal revision was made
highlighting the laws and regulations that are appropriate to this project. Being part of the food sector
implies special regulations in regards to manipulation
storage
packing
and others. The financial study allow us to analyze the project viability in terms of profitability. The objectives of this phase will be directed to arrange and systematize the financial information given by the studies already made. Analysis charts and projections were made to evaluated the current project; therefore
know its viability. The evaluation will be measure according to the data and projections; in addition
with the economic

description El objetivo de este proyecto es determinar la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de Champiñón Agaricus Bisporus en el municipio de Socorro, en términos de mercadeo, técnicos, legales financieros y administrativos. El proceso inicia con la recolección de información por medio de una encuesta, cuyos resultados son la base para el desarrollo del estudio de mercados, se determina si es viable la penetración del producto y abre paso al desarrollo de los demás estudios que complementan este proyecto. El estudio técnico permite determinar el tamaño y las características de la planta productora, teniendo en cuenta las especificaciones necesarias para la producción del Champiñón. En el estudio administrativo se establece el tipo de sociedad que más convenga para la empresa, la cultura organizacional y responsabilidades que serán el pilar para que los empleados desarrollen sus funciones en la empresa. En cuanto al estudio legal se realizó una revisión de las leyes y normas que competen a este proyecto ya que al pertenecer al sector de alimentos cuenta con vigilancias especiales en cuanto a su manipulación, almacenamiento, transporte empaque entre otros. El estudio financiero nos permite analizar la viabilidad del proyecto en términos de rentabilidad; los objetivos de esta etapa serán ordenar y sistematizar la información de carácter monetario que proporcionaron los estudios anteriores, elaborando cuadros de análisis y proyecciones para una evaluación del proyecto que nos lleve a conocer la viabilidad de este. En la etapa de evaluación se miden de acuerdo a los datos y proyecciones realizadas, los impactos económicos, sociales y ambientales que pueden traer la ejecución de este proyecto en la comunidad. Se finaliza con las conclusiones y recomendaciones necesarias para una correcta ejecución y puesta en marcha de este proyecto. 2
