The aim of this project is to determine the feasibility of creating a company that produces and market the Agaricus Bisporus mushroom focusing on its marketing
technical
legal
financial and administrative aspects
at the municipality of Socorro
Santander. This process starts by collecting data using a survey. The results of this survey are the basis for the development of a market study that determines the viability of the product penetration
and leads the way to the development of the studies that complements the project. The technical study allow us to determine the size of the producing plant with all of its modifications and characteristics
taking into account the specifications needed for the production of Agaricus Bisporus mushroom. The size of the organization are also stipulated. In the administrative study
the type of partnership appropriate for the company
the organizational culture and responsibilities are established. These will be the cornerstone for employees to carry out their functions in the company. A proper legal revision was made
highlighting the laws and regulations that are appropriate to this project. Being part of the food sector
implies special regulations in regards to manipulation
storage
packing
and others. The financial study allow us to analyze the project viability in terms of profitability. The objectives of this phase will be directed to arrange and systematize the financial information given by the studies already made. Analysis charts and projections were made to evaluated the current project; therefore
know its viability. The evaluation will be measure according to the data and projections; in addition
with the economic
