Por esta razón en busca dar solución a este inconveniente y estimar un escenario óptimo de operación se identifica la composición de la carga a la unidad, se realiza un análisis detallado de la planta, descripción paso a paso para conocer a fondo cada fase del proceso, consumibles requeridos, principales variables de control como son rangos dentro de ventanas operativas de temperaturas, presión y niveles a fin de mantener un producto final dentro de especificaciones requeridas. Como parte de la confiabilidad es necesario conocer el equipo rotativo y estático que componen la planta actualmente, cuidado básico de los mismos como mantenimiento preventivo. Es de gran importancia conocer los pasos de parada y arranque y la respuesta a emergencias con el fin de mantener la integridad del proceso y las personas. Finalmente se proponen alternativas de mejora y las conclusiones finales.
