This project establishes safety requirements of balanced foods processed in ITALCOL SA Giron
based on the parameters of the Good Manufacturing Practices of the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) and the NTC ISO / TS 22002-1: 2009 **. To carry out the project as a first step
an initial diagnosis of the sanitary conditions of the plant was carried out. Then he raised some improvements to comply with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices and to take them into account for the design of procedures manual BPM. After design and documentation Manual BPM
we proceeded to implement prerequisite programs NTC ISO / TS 22002-1: 2009
including the contents of the manual. Manual compliance through an internal audit was verified. With the report of the internal audit improvement plan it originated to reach correct the shortcomings. A second audit was conducted
using the same model of the checklist BPM initial diagnosis
to show the percentage of improvement in meeting the requirements. To end
is was programmed the missing aspects to get a fully compliance of the NTC ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 in the company.
