The process performed in educational institutions in the metropolitan area was coordinated by the student in social work practice by implementing seedbeds Saving Strategy and Entrepreneurship of World Vision
during the period 2010-2015. We worked directly with the educational community of each institution who participated in the training process in providing entrepreneurship culture knowledge and participation of the strategy; overall low level of training was evident in entrepreneurial culture with educational communities in elementary school. 12 training sessions with teachers 2 modules
3 modules with parents
7 modules with the children through fun and recreation was made; strengthening competence
skills and abilities in them
this action took place in five schools in the metropolitan area
creating spaces for meeting
learning and cooperation between the educational community
which identified weaknesses in the management of the available resources and potentiate the implementation of welfare savings habits of families. The conceptual framework focused on the definition of culture

El proceso realizado en las Instituciones Educativas del área metropolitana estuvo coordinado por la estudiante en práctica de Trabajo Social al implementar la Estrategia Semilleros de Ahorro y Emprendimiento de World Vision, durante el periodo 2010-2015. Se trabajó directamente con la comunidad Educativa de cada Institución quienes participaron del proceso formativo en cultura del emprendimiento aportando saberes y participando de la estrategia; en conjunto se evidenció el bajo nivel de formación en cultura de emprendimiento que tienen las comunidades educativas en la básica primaria. Se realizó un entrenamiento de 12 sesiones 2 módulos con docentes, 3 módulos con padres de familia, 7 módulos con los niños y las niñas a través lúdica y la recreación; fortaleciendo competencias, habilidades y capacidades en los mismos, esta acción se desarrolló en cinco Instituciones Educativas del área metropolitana, generando espacios de encuentro, aprendizaje y cooperación entre la comunidad educativa, los cuales identificaron sus debilidades en la administración de los recurso disponibles y potencializaron la implementación de hábitos de ahorro en bienestar de las familias. El marco conceptual se centró en la definición de cultura, emprendedor, emprendimiento, empresarialidad, formación para el emprendimiento, tomado desde la Ley 1014 de 2006, quien legitima el proceso de formación y articula las diferentes estancias. Con el propósito de contribuir al proceso de formación en emprendimiento de la básica primaria, se doto de un manual de entrenamiento como guía para posteriores intervenciones. |
